Customer-Client-Coach Planner
This is a quality aid to enhance your conversations with your customer and for your customer service people, whether office-based or in the field.
Evaluate your customer's behavioural style, using the persolog personality factor model, and use that information to moderate your approach to them. Prepare your sales talks using the information provided about what information and style will best suit their personality.
Afterwards, reflect on what worked well and create an action plan for future discussions.
Planner for Telephone Conversations
Use this planner to assess the behavioural style of the person to whom you are speaking, based on paraverbal communication aspects such as pitch, tone and speed.
Having assessed your conversation partner, then learn how to implement improvements to the communication process, by adapting your reponses to suit their style, using the suggestions provided.
Time and Personality Action Planner
This planner shows you how you can improve your personal time-management behaviour.
Having first assessed your time-management behaviour by grading a series of ten groups of items, you can read more about the main tendencies of people who display your behaviour style.
There is then a detailed set of suggestions for how to make your behaviour more effective in various time-management related areas, such as establishing priorities or dealing with interruptions, from which you can draw up your personal action plan.
Management Perfomance Planner
Using a similar format to the Most and Least groups of phrases used in the persolog Personality Profile, this planner allows you to assess your employee's behavioural tendencies.
From this assessment, there is then information to read concerning the behavioural style of your employee which is then used to assist in developing a performance improvement plan with them.
