A4 checklists
The checklists available from persolog GB include the following A4 sized checklists, double-sided and laminated, easy to follow in the midst of a situation:
Telephone Planner
One side helps you to estimate the behavioural style of the person with whom you are speaking; the other gives you tips on how to communiate effectively with each style.

One side gives an overview of the four basic behavioural styles; the other allows a first level assessment of which behaviour the customer is displaying.
