In our work with customers we examine the question as to which culture and structure people come across in their company and which culture and structures they need in order to be able to work sustainedly, committedly and successfully.

With the help of suitable analysis processes such as the persolog Values and Appointment Study (VAS), we first determine the current situation of the relevant company culture. Together with you we define the expected situation (across the whole company). Building on this, we conceive specific measures and implement them to make a sustained change process possible.
