Coaching
Directors, managers and senior management often complain, with reason, that they are "at a loss" in difficult situations. Often enough they cannot discuss all possible aspects openly without fear, particularly in the run-up to the start of changes. Management executives also all too often feel alone in questions of personal further development. Individual coaching of individuals and small management teams is the right way out of this dilemma.
After a thorough analysis of coaching needs and a definition of the coaching aims we compile an appropriate coaching plan together with the coachee(s). We use suitable instruments form the area of self-learning and appropriate methods for checking the effectivity of the coaching measure.
