Quality pledge
What initially appears very simple has a complex scientific background. Our models are based on over 40 years of scientific research by Prof. Dr. John Geier and his team. In addition, we place great value on every model regularly being statistically checked. For example, the reliability and validity of the persolog Personality Factor Model has been continuously monitored since 1994. As a provider of personality tests we perform separate representative studies in association with the University of Koblenz/Landau.

The exacting quality demands we make of our models and materials also apply to our internal processes. In June 2004, our German partners, persolog GmbH, were certified to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 standard for the first time. Customer orientation, an obligation to provide quality and constant further development of quality management are just some of the criteria which were confirmed by the auditors.
