Nick originally worked in the IT industry as a project manager, having completed a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering. He came into training via a route that embraced experiential education in the outdoors.
He became a certified Personality trainer as part of the first course run on behalf of persolog in Great Britain. He now operates as a trainer and coach alongside his role as Managing Director of persolog GB Ltd.
