Juergen Kast

Juergen has been a licensed trainer for over 10 years and has used persolog instruments in various HR Development and Team Building sessions throughout Europe. He also runs persolog certifications together with his wife Michaela.

He received his degree in Business Administration from Augsburg and worked for 8 years in the waste management industry. Since 2001 he has devoted his time to training people in leadership, consulting with companies about their strategic and leadership culture approach and coaching individuals for their personal development.

He has lived in the UK for several years and is the Managing Director of persolog GB Ltd
